DeskPins enables you to keep any window always on top, this function is similar to the “Always On Top” function of video player, however with DeskPins you can make this function applied to any application! It supports global customizable hotkeys, supports multiple windows pinned at the same time, besides it has a “Autopin” option which allows the window to be pinned automatically.

DeskPins has a less than 100 KB size, the system resource took up is almost negligible. When you open multiple windows at the same time, it is very useful! For example, you can pin two windows, although you have opened many windows, you can also switch conveniently between the two pinned windows back and forth!

BTW, another recommendable window-on-top tool is Window On Top, if you are interested, have a try!

Although this applet is made in 2004, it still works well on all Windows platforms, even under Windows 8!
