Minimizer is a helper program with single, simple but very practical function – minimize the every current-active window, aims to improve efficiency of frequent switching among many application windows.

The reason making this app is in the use of Google’s Android Studio I found: on my Windows 8.1 Enterprise OS, every time I open Android Studio, if using shortcuts (Alt + Tab) to switch several times back and forth between it and other window, switch failure will happen. As a result, I have to use the mouse to aim at the small “” to minimize the active window or switch among so many taskbar buttons by choosing and clicking. Even not click on the wrong window, it will also seriously affect our work efficiency.

So, this little tool was born. After running the program, it will automatically down to the system tray. Every time you press the “ESC” key with ease, it will flashily minimize the current window. There is almost no technic applied to Minimizer, but I believe there must be a lot of users have the same experience and needs with me.
