Process Explorer is one of the famous Sysinternals‘ products – enhanced Task Manager, its biggest characteristic is killing any process at once, even including the key system processes, this is too far behind to catch up for the Task Manager.

In addition, Process Explorer can display all the DLL (Dynamic-Link Library) files called by a program (especially those invisible background processes, so that you can find some very hidden Trojans), also, it enables you to check the process path, company, edition and many other detailed information.

The Process Explorer indicates service process and system process with a variety of colors, and views the affiliation relationship of processes with a directory tree.

Furthermore, because Process Explorer is a Microsoft product, so in the “Options” we are able to replace the “Task Manager” with Process Explorer, from now on, with the keyboard shortcuts “Ctrl + Alt + Del” or “Ctrl + Shift + Esc” we can open a more powerful Task Manager.
