Balabolka is a Text-To-Speech (TTS for short) freeware developed by Ilya Morozov from Russia, which can convert text into speech. In addition to being able to use all speech engines installed on your computer to read out the text, it also allows you to save the converted speech as multiple formats (WAV, MP3, OGG or WMA) of audio files. Partly, it is specially designed for people with disabilities or lazy guys.
