Usually, if want to view information about your system, the common way is to check in some system optimization and similar tools, but it seems a misuse of their talent.

Uptimer4 is a portable single file, only 177 KB, which has the ability to show up to 23 system information to the screen. There are four types of showing modes: top, bottom, window and taskbar, you can choose one as you like!

Information including computer Uptime, system Date and Time, CPU usage, Free RAM, Free pagefile, Disk free space, Lock screen, Toggle keys status, DirectX version, current IP addresses, Power status, List running processes, Netstat, etc. Almost it displays all the information of system, so there is no requirement to use other 3rd-party tools to do this.
