Virtual Router Manager is a free and open-source virtual WiFi creating application, with which you can turn your Windows PC/Laptop into a WiFi hotspot, sharing with other laptops or mobile devices.

With Virtual Router Manager, you can share any internet connection (Wi-Fi, LAN, Cable Modem, Dial-up, Cellular, etc.) with any Wifi device (Laptop, Smart Phone, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android Phone, Zune, Netbook, wireless printer, etc.) in the form of wireless signals.

Compared with many other similar software, Virtual Router Manager is not only completely free, but easier, faster, secure and no boring ads. In addition, since Virtual Router is not ad-supported, it does not track your web traffic the way other ad-supported applications do/can.
