Microsoft removed the camera function in Windows 7, and called it back in Windows 8. However, that no longer met the needs of users. This means if we want to handily take picture or capture video via a camera on a computer, we have to make use of the third-party camera software. Whereas, the function of most of them is toneless and difficult to meet our requirements.
