Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 (CLOS2 for short, AKA: 悪魔城ドラキュラ ロード オブ シャドウ 2, Akumajō Dorakyura: Rōdo Obu Shadō 2, Demon Castle Dracula: Lords of Shadow 2) is the sequel (3rd work) of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow series, also as the end work of this series. It was still developed by MercurySteam and published by KONAMI, released on Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2014.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will let players see Dracula in modern for the first time, but don’t worry, Dracula’s castle will still exist in the game for players to explore (60% of the game plot occurs in the city, and 40% in the castle). The whole style of CLOS2 is much like the “God of War (series)“, but meanwhile it captures the essence of Castlevania series. In addition, some of the changes in the game are very successful (although it also abandoned a large number of outstanding elements in its preceding work because of thinking too much), such as the element of open world, a new experience system, “God of War” style of combat system, etc.

As the latest (and the last) sequel of Lords of Shadow series, it also finished the poem of this 3D HD Castlevania series. On the basis of its predecessors, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 also introduced many new elements. Players who are familiar with Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Ultimate Edition and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate must know that CLOS2’s content, plot and epic, artistic expressions were favored and highly praised by a lot of fan players from all over the world. It shows a brand new attitude to the old players who have been associated with the Castlevania series since the era of FC.

Revelations is a DLC (DownLoadable Content) exquisitely prepared by KONAMI for its own work Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, in which the player will play the son of Dracula – Alucard, leaving for Dracula’s castle to adventure, and to become Zobek’s follower.
