CPS3 Emulator is an classic video game emulator for Capcom Play System 3 developed by Guru Elsemi.

As the subsequent model of CAPCOM CPS2 system, CPS 3 uses the SCSI CD-ROM + ROM cassette as the carrier. Because of the horrific self-destruct protection system of CPS3, there were no people who could Dump out the ROM correctly in quite a long time, until the master Elsemi who had completed a perfect simulation of CPS3 system.

I remember there was an typical use at that time, it is to play the Street Fighter 3 :). Some time later, I will publish it.

// Edition Statement //

This is the final version of the CPS3 emulator, meanwhile It is also more perfect version.

// How-To //

The default rom dir is “c:\cps3\roms”, you can change it in the “emulator.ini” file.

open the emulator.ini and this line below [RomDirs] to your own ROM folder (remove the ; form Dir1):

;Dir1=D:\game\emu\cps3\roms

In addition, if you want to change the language of emulator UI, you can change the Region value under [CPS3] field:

1 = Japan , 2 = Asia, 3 = Euro, 4 = Usa, 5 = Hispanic

BTW, for Street Fighter 3.3, you'd better keep its name "sf3iii", or it may not work.
