Cypheros TS-Doctor (TSDoctor for short) is a universal scanner, fixer and converter for TV recordings captured by Satellite, Cable, DVB-T and more receivers, developed by Frank Siek from Germany. It is a software solution specially designed for multimedia workers who need to check, analyze and repair media streams, so as to make sure they can be easily processed and displayed with modern media players.

Cypheros TS-Doctor comes with simple operation, powerful and reliable functions like cropping function, automatic advertising recognition and removal, twitching removal, removing the delay of sound relative to the picture, ability to quickly handle HDTV (high-resolution television) recordings without loss of picture and sound quality, direct network access to UPnP devices, converting the DVB subtitles along with the color information to the more commonly used SRT text format.

Moreover, Cypheros TS-Doctor can even compress video files up to 70% of the original file size while maintaining the original quality of picture and sound by deleting the unneeded file content and filler data (such as non-present PIDs, PMT and PAT, excess stream that is not used for viewing). And its simple, fast and lossless cutting ability even can be used for recordings generated from camcorders (if the recorder format is TS, MTS or M2TS).
