DA-FormMaker is a small, easy-to-use HTML form creation tool that can efficiently generate standard, bootstrap and W3.CSS forms with very simple operations. It not only helps you easily and quickly create various common forms (such as booking form, appointment form, reservation form, contact form), but also allows users to customize various properties of forms and fields according to their needs.
