The Minesweeper game originates from the 1960s, has many variations and offshoots on multiple computing platforms. On Windows, no one is unaware of the great reputation of Microsoft Minesweeper just like everyone knows Microsoft Windows itself. For most of us, the first classic computer game that we can mention is probably Minesweeper. Today, AppNee recommends you Fine Sweeper to recall our old-school fun on older versions of Windows.
Fine Sweeper is a casual & puzzle solving small indie game developed and published by Pixel Prophecy from Austria. As a variant of the classic Minesweeper included within from Windows 3.1x, Windows 9x family, Windows NT 3.1 to Windows 7, Fine Sweeper comes with many new features such as campaign mode, score keeping, item drops, and achievements.
At first glance, we will find that the playing method of Fine Sweeper and Minesweeper is roughly the same. And, unlike Windows inbuilt Minesweeper, Fine Sweeper not only comes with more gorgeous graphics and special effects that the original mine sweeping game has not, but also incorporates all kinds of new mission modes, as well as very rich scene elements (constantly change along with the game). In short, I do believe Fine Sweeper can bring us a brand-new mine sweeping experience.
