Hugin is a cross-platform and open-source panoramic photography image mosaic application, Pablo d’Angelo-based development, it is a front-end program with graphical interface based on Helmut Dersch’s Panorama Tools, Andrew Mihal’s Enblend and Enfuse.

With Hugin, you can very easily splice a few pieces of appropriate (taken in the same place and overlap each other) photos into one with bigger breadth – namely panorama.

Hugin supports automatic control points creating, the optimized photo has a preview window, which is convenient to view whether the panoramic photo is acceptable or not in real time. If users accept it, Hugin will immediately splice these photos and output a panorama.
