(Work Minutes + Break Minutes) * Repeat

The default calculation formula is “10 + 2 * 5”, i.e. it will prompt you to rest for 2 minutes every 10 minutes, and this process repeats 5 times, add up to an hour. Of course, when time is up, you can work a little longer.
