JRuler is a practical virtual screen ruler, used to accurately measure the length between any two horizontal or vertical points on your computer screen, can display in Pixels, Inches, Picas or Centimeters these four length units.

For web designers or graphic processors, sometimes it is really necessary for such a tool to determine the width of a web page or the length of some graphic, when they don’t have to use the method of making a screenshot and importing into Photoshop to measure it (which is really time-consuming and needs great efforts, and wastes the system resources).
