NetMeter is a free network connection monitoring application, provides a complete and visual display mode of network traffic monitoring, which can monitor your current network online speed in real time, including the upload and download speed, and will display as beautiful line graph.
It is necessary to mention the other two free network traffic monitoring software, BitMeter II and Aldo’s NET Monitor: BitMeter 2 has a very concise user interface and rich functions, but with large size (NetMeter is less than 300KB.); The UI of Aldo’s NET Monitor is not good-looking, complicated and not clear enough, yet its small size is considerable.

If you need to know network flow conditions for each port, BySoft Network Monitor will be more suitable for you.
BTW, if you are using a network connection without traffic limitation (such as the general family ADSL), or if someone is stealing other people’s wireless network, then NetMeter or similar software are not suitable for you.
