ProxyCap is a simple, practical proxy server tool with simple user interface and very flexible routing rules. It enables all of your applications to access external networks through various types of proxy servers, supports specifying a specific proxy for an application, and allows you to specify the target IP, hostname, port for some proxy, and so on.
With ProxyCap, you can set up a single application or all applications to connect to the Internet via a specified proxy server. It supports HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, SSH and Shadowsocks types of proxy servers, and allows your program to connect to external networks through any of these proxy servers as need. Moreover, ProxyCap has native support for SSH tunneling, allows user to specify the SSH server as a proxy server, supports proxy-side DNS, proxy chains, IPv6, Single Sign-On (SSO), centralized management, and comes with an inbuilt proxy checker.
You can tell ProxyCap which applications will connect to the Internet through the proxies, and under what circumstances to do this. Even better, it’s all done within a simple and friendly UI, and doesn’t require user to configure any Internet clients.
