Quick Any2Ico is a simple, easy to use, tiny, portable and completely free icon extraction and conversion tool, developed by Carifred Windows software from France. It is able to extract/create high quality icon files from any file, folder or other resources (binary file, application window).

In addition to extracting or creating icon files from any image or executable (EXE, DLL, OCX) file, Quick Any2Ico also supports converting images to icon files in a variety of common formats, and allows multiple resolutions to be exported at the same time and to automatically crop or stretch the icon. And, it can also add or remove image formats from icon files, save the extracted icons in the PNG format, and provides compression option for PNG format.

Quick Any2Ico supports the following sizes for output icon: 16×16, 32×32, 48×48, 64×64, 96×96, 128×128, 256×256, 512×512, and supports converting JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, JPEG, WMF, EMF, TIFF, TIF, and ICO images to icons. BTW, this program also supports drag-and-drop and command-line operations.
