Simple CSS is a very exquisite and user-friendly visual CSS editor and designer, compared with many traditional visual CSS editor, it appears to be more concise and humanized.

Simple CSS is especially designed for beginners who are confused about the CSS code and fiddle-faddle who are fed up with the CSS editing and testing. It enables you to directly modify any existing CSS file, for example, easily alter the local CSS design; of course we can also user it to study or reuse the CSS design tactics from other websites quickly. At least, it is always better and easier than going to leaf through the W3C‘s website or the printed CSS reference manual.

With Simple CSS, you can manage multiple CSS projects and import your existing style sheets, but for Simple CSS v2.1, it only supports CSS2 currently, in which case, just remove the CSS3 related code temporarily.
