StandaloneStack is especially suitable for those who don’t like Mac Dock simulation effects but have a special liking to the “big tail”.

StandaloneStack is adapted according to Stack Docklet (yet it is standalone), it can let you realize the practical and cool stack effects without any dock simulation software installed. You can then set up a shortcut for it and put it on the “Quick Launch” area of taskbar or anywhere of desktop.

Using StandaloneStack has another benefit, that is: no permanent memory required; of course the weakness is also very obvious: you can’t start N applications at one go with StandaloneStack.
