Iron Meat is a 2D run-and-shoot type of retro indie game with a high tribute to Contra, developed by Ivan Valeryevich Suvorov from Russia, using Unity. It comes with an onslaught of mechanics ripped from arcade and console classics – mainly the classic video game Contra, but contains graphic pixelated violence and gore throughout.

Although the religiously charged plot and beautiful pixel-style graphics earned it high praise, the monotonous action design and inferior control feel make players lose interest and patience quickly.
