Adobe Substance 3D Sampler (the successor of Substance Alchemist) is a very excellent 3D material/texture production and management software, developed by Allegorithmic from France, which was acquired by Adobe in 2019. It builds on Substance Alchemist and makes the process of creating materials much easier.
