WifiInfoView is a tiny and handy free app written by the world famous independent developer Nir Sofer for quickly scanning, viewing and analyzing all possible information about the wireless networks searchable (available) near your location.

WifiInfoView is simple, effective and reliable. The information it can get for us about a wireless network is so comprehensive that most often we don’t need most of them. For AppNee, the most valuable parts of information includes: SSID, MAC Address, Signal Quality, RSSI, Security (i.e., encryption mode), Channel.
