Photo Compiler is simple and small program made for creating stunning photo galleries as standalone executables on Windows, developed by DecSoft from Spain. It enables you to easily generate appealing, functional and practical galleries using your photos and images.
Photo Compiler supports multiple languages, allows users to add 170+ transition effects to pictures, allows to set different backgrounds for each picture, can set the visible time of each picture, and can set themes for photo gallery. It’s like an electronic photo album, but you can’t add background music.
Once created, these galleries can be converted into standalone and executable programs that can be viewed without any external dependencies and easily transferred, saved or shared with friends.
