Now, most PC games come with built-in support for gamepads, and players only need to connect the gamepad to PC to enjoy the game. But old games and a small number of new games only support keyboard operations. At this time, you can use a tool like AntiMicroX to seamlessly map the keyboard and mouse buttons to the gamepad, so as to achieve the purpose of playing them with gamepad.

AntiMicroX (successor/fork of antimicro) is a gamepad key modifier for Windows and Linux platforms, originally created by Ryochan7 (the creator of DS4Windows). It’s mainly used to map keyboard buttons and mouse controls to any gamepad or joystick. It’s useful for playing any PC game that does not have any form of built-in gamepad support using a gamepad.

In addition to mapping gamepad keys to keyboard, mouse, scripts and macros, you can also use AntiMicroX to control any desktop application with a gamepad. It can be also used for generating SDL2 configuration (useful for mapping atypical gamepads to generic ones like Xbox 360).
