Howard E-Mail Notifier (Howard for short) is a small, free and very practical new emails detection and reminder tool for Windows and Mac platforms. It can work with Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Zoho, Mail.ru, Notes, Virgilio and other popular webmail services. And, it allows to set the interval of automatic detection (30 seconds ~ 2 hours), and supports manual email check at any time.

Howard E-Mail Notifier is able to connect to many popular e-mail servers, and lets user get instant notifications as soon as new emails reach your inboxes on various webmail services. It resides quietly in the system tray and will alert you as soon as any one of your mailboxes receives an email – in the form of a small pop-up window containing the sender’s name and subject plus a custom sound.
