Simple Family Tree displays ancestors and descendants of any selected individual. You can add New Individual, such as Father, Mother, Spouse or Child. You can also enter notes, events, marriage details and a second name for each individual.Additionally, you can see the age, birthday and view a photo of an individual.

Simple Family Tree is written in C++, so it is small enough (~200 KB), it reads and writes files in Gedcom format. Moreover, it is free of charge and easy-to-use.
