IDM Backup Manager is a small, user-friendly and intuitive free application designed to backup, password-protect and restore settings and files used by Internet Download Manager, developed by Gajjar Tejas from India in 2012. With its help, you don’t have to reconfigure the various options of IDM every time you reinstall your system or IDM.
In fact, all IDM settings are saved in the registry, so if we export the registry and import it after reinstalling the system or IDM, we can restore its previous settings. In addition to IDM settings, IDM Backup Manager can also backup and restore various data files from IDM. Besides, it also provides tools like Download List Manager, Data Cleaner, Sites Logins Password Cleaner, Add Extra File Types in Categories.
In short, IDM Backup Manager is an auxiliary tool for one-click backup and restoration of various settings and data files of Internet Download Manager.
