Slam Dunk this Japanese cartoon work with ultra-high popularity has influenced countless 80’s and 90’s around the world, and has become many basketball fans’ first teacher. Presumably, too many guys started to like and play basketball just because of it. Today, we can remember our lost childhood in these homemade Slam Dunk 2KXX games from fan players.
Slam Dunk 2K13 was made by the large and enthusiastic EGS-SLAMDUNK team from China, based on 2K Sports‘ NBA 2K13 (and Slam Dunk 2004 was based on NBA Live 2004, made by RYFF Studio). As a D?jin type of fan-made game MOD package, the production of Slam Dunk 2KXX was so delicate that many characters in the original cartoon got a high degree of reduction and simulation – most of them had their own essence expressed clearly, which is actual efforts. Of which, especially the ultra high reduction of Sakuragi Hanamichi (桜木 花道) really made Slam Dunk’s fans remarkably moved.
And as a successor of Slam Dunk 2K12, Slam Dunk 2K13 collected all the essence of former multiple homemade versions. Again, it also added another 7 special teams on the basis of NBA 2K13’s original 30 teams! In the whole Slam Dunk 2KXX series, players can freely choose every famous team in Slam Dunk TV animation you like to make exciting matches. Even more, you are allowed to build your own “combination of dream” team that does not exist originally to duke it out with any other teams.

Download MOD and extract
Copy all *.iff files into NBA 2K14’s root directory and overwrite
Copy ‘SLAM DUNK 2K14.ROS‘ file to NBA 2K14’s SAVES folder
Start game and load the SLAM DUNK 2K14.ROS profile if required
for Slam Dunk 2K13:
*** Suggested that delete all files under “Online Data” and “Saves” folders after backup!
Download and extract (needs some time)
For Windows 7+ users:
Run the ‘Play.bat‘ to start the original NBA 2K13 portable full registered version and you can use the ‘Language Switch.bat‘ to switch language
In order to enjoy the cool Slam Dunk 2013 we want, do as follows:
Copy all files in the ‘Overwrite files‘ folder under ‘Slam Dunk 2K13‘ to the folder ‘NBA 2K13‘ and overwrite
Copy the ‘Slum Dunk all teams and players list‘ file (SLAMDUNK 2K13.ROS) to NBA 2K13’s SAVES folder
For Windows 7, paste it to C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves
For Windows XP, paste it to C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves
Enter game, load the ‘SLAMDUNK 2K13.ROS‘ profile
Enjoy!
For Windows XP users:
Download and install DAEMON Tools (may need a restart of Windows)
Use DAEMON Tools to load/mount the ‘NBA 2K13.mds‘ game image file under ‘for XP only‘ folder
Run ‘Play.bat‘ to start game
*** Notes: The Slam Dunk 2013 patch files will overwrite most of the original files, so you’d better backup the entire NBA 2K13 game folder before doing that.
for Slam Dunk 2004:
Download and extract
Copy/Cut the whole folder “NBA LIVE 2004” to your document folder (on Windows 8.1, it’s “C:\Users\[User Name]\Documents”)
Run ‘NBA Live 04.exe’ to play (give it about a few minutes to initialize for the first time)

You may have discovered that AppNee has hardly been updated in recent months, and the missing download links in many posts cannot be repaired. The reason is that our 2TB hard drive is physically dead (the data on it cannot be recovered with a normal recovery), and everything about our website is stored on it (the source code of website and software projects, especially all released and reserved versions of software – many of them are out of print, and you can’t find and download them anywhere except AppNee on the entire Internet).
In an effort to make up as much of the loss as possible, until recently we were able to revert updates to some smaller apps. Later, we will try to restore all software updates if possible, but we still can’t fix any older versions of software – because this data disaster is the worst in the past 10 years, there is any backup.
