Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages are required public DLL runtime libraries for any software written using Microsoft Visual Studio 20XX IDE, which can be interpreted as the dictionary files for running programs. - Many programs running under a 64-bit OS still needs the 32-bit version of Visual C++ runtime library installed. That’s because this kind of program was developed based on the 32-bit of Visual Studio IDE.
- The older versions were made by AppNee, but newer versions have been changed to an maker from Russia, who do not translate it to other languages. But do not mind this, because the installation is easy and automatic.
