KMSOffline is a new KMS based universal offline activator made by Ratiborus from Russia. It supports three main activation methods: KMS activation, HWID activation and KMS38 activation, so as to meet the needs from different users. In addition, it fully supports all the major editions/versions of Microsoft’s Windows, Server and Office software products. The actual tests showed that the activation effect of KMSOffline is very good!
