Nmap (short for Network Mapper) is a free and open-source network security scanner for large networks. It was originally developed by Gordon Lyon (Fyodor Vaskovich) for Linux in 1997, later gradually became one of the most popular network discovery and security auditing tools on multiple operating systems with the participation of many volunteers in the open source community.

PortExpert – Monitor all applications connected to the Internet

PortExpert is a free system process port monitoring and management tool, developed by KC Softwares from France. Its purpose is simply to monitor any programs connected to the Internet in real time, letting you know which ports and what IP addresses they are connected to. It is essentially equivalent to dynamically executing the “netstat /ano” command in the CMD.
