If you are a music collector, then a good music management software is essential. MusicBee is an intelligent and easy-to-use music collection management software developed by Steven Mayall (from Russia) with the BASS audio library in 2008. Its functions are very comprehensive and powerful, and the program comes with a very strong capability to organize and manage a large music library.

VLC media player – Classic, ace audio and video player that can compete with Mplayer

VLC media player (VLC for short = abbreviation of VideoLAN Client) is a free, open-source and cross-platform multimedia player developed by VideoLAN from France. VideoLAN was originally a project plan of the students at École Centrale Paris (ECP) started in 2001, with members from all over the world. It originally consisted of VideoLAN Client (VLC) and VideoLAN Server (VLS) these two programs. However, because most of the VLS functionalities had been integrated into VLC, they eventually renamed this project VLC media player.

PSound – Sound player, extractor and coverter for PSX games

In order to reproduce Vagrant Story‘s game levels (rooms, weapons, props, enemies, etc.), for a long time I searched everywhere and looked for any tool that could extract sound and graphics files from this my only favorite PSOne video game. The Vagrant Story Tools, which seems to be the most effective and perfect solution now, may be just a joke and scam – it never works (and its developers do not respond to any feedback). Finally, only PSound and its sister software PSicture (the later requires PSi_VARY, but I couldn’t make it work) can help us a little.

Boom Audio Player – Minimalist and high-quality audio player

In my opinion, there is only one thing to focus on for any music players – music play itself, so any functionality or design that has nothing to do with this is gaudy and burdensome. This is why there is only one audio player – 1by1 in my computer. But it may be replaced by Boom Audio Player from today, there are 3 reasons for this decision: the latter has better audio quality; supports more audio formats; supports playing the audio track in a MP4 video directly.

SMPlayer – Free media player with simple UI and elaborate design

Although the MPlayer from Hungary is extremely powerful, for most common users, its command-line operation mode is really inconvenient, even though it comes with a graphical user interface called GMPlayer. While most often the features of a media player that we require are nothing more than concise user interface, smooth playback, support to as many media formats as possible, and some customizable functions for advanced users. All these requirements are implemented in SMPlayer.

[v15.0.5.109] RealPlayer Plus Edition Portable full versions

It is quite clear that there are only very few people who are using the classic RealPlayer! And when someone asked AppNee for this software, we really felt a little surprise. Presumably there are still some die-hard fans of RealPlayer, or some guys have some reasons to have to use it. So we think it’s still necessary to publish it.
