As many of us have experienced, a laptop’s battery life (i.e.: the power storage capacity) plummets after a few years of use. This is often not because the battery itself has aged, but because the BIOS system of a laptop misjudged the battery’s power capacity during a number of charging and discharging processes. In this case, don’t be in a hurry to sentence your battery to death. Instead, we can make a battery’s power storage capacity fully restored through “battery calibration” this simple yet effective method.

[v2.2] Adobe Deluxe Patcher – Better way to activate Adobe 2019 all products offline

Adobe Deluxe Patcher (AKA: Adobe CC 2019 Patcher) is currently the only best alternative of the formerly very popular but discontinued Adobe CC 2019 AIO Patcher made by Zer0Cod3 for activating Adobe Creative Cloud 2019 all products on Windows. In fact, it also can be regarded as the combination of both Adobe CC 2019 AIO Patcher and all separate crack patches made by MPT34M.

PSound – Sound player, extractor and coverter for PSX games

In order to reproduce Vagrant Story‘s game levels (rooms, weapons, props, enemies, etc.), for a long time I searched everywhere and looked for any tool that could extract sound and graphics files from this my only favorite PSOne video game. The Vagrant Story Tools, which seems to be the most effective and perfect solution now, may be just a joke and scam – it never works (and its developers do not respond to any feedback). Finally, only PSound and its sister software PSicture (the later requires PSi_VARY, but I couldn’t make it work) can help us a little.

NTPWEdit – Windows NT password resetter and remover

We set the computer an access password to prevent unauthorized use of our PC. But sometimes we may forget or misremember the password and can not enter the system, thus shut ourselves out. In this case, reinstalling the entire operating system is obviously an inadvisable option. Instead, you can use NTPWEdit this tiny app to modify or remove any existing password of local system accounts easily.

WineBottler – Turn Windows-based programs into Mac apps

Users who are new to the Mac world from Windows often run into some nagging problems. For example, some software are only available on Windows; and some web pages must be opened using Microsoft Internet Explorer. For lazy computer users, it is not realistic to have them install an extra Windows OS or use a virtual machine such as Apple’s Boot Camp, VMware FusionVMware Workstation or VirtualBox to solve the problem. This case, you can give WineBottler a try.

Mousotron – Mouse and keyboard usage measurement and statistics tool

Yesterday (2018/10/05), I suddenly thought of a interesting question: how many times do I click the mouse in front of my computer every day, and how many times do I hit the keys on my keyboard? It may seem like a meaningless thing, but that can motivate me to work hard in another way, from another level. Then I searched and found at least 5 measurement and statistics tools that can record and display the mouse and keyboard usage, and one of which is Mousotron. Other tools such as Application Usage Statistics, WhatPulse, OctoMouse and RSIGuard will be slowly added to AppNee.
