WinDS PRO (LinuxDS PRO is its sister product) is a very complete set of emulators for all types of game consoles on Windows and Linux platforms, developed by lainz (Leandro Oscar Ezequiel Diaz) from Argentina in 2007. Since then, it has been updated regularly, offering new versions with new emulators, as well as updates of the existing ones.

As a completely free emulators package (actually an emulator manager), all the built-in emulators in WinDS PRO are free, and many of them are open-source. It includes a lot of classic and modern console emulators for PC, and each one comes with its latest version (both 32-bit and 64-bit) and is ready to play on your PC.

WinDS PRO was originally created as a compilation of emulators with which to only play Game Boy and Nintendo DS video games on PC. Over the years it has evolved into a huge package that integrates so many emulators of many other platforms such like Nintendo, SEGA and Sony.

WinDS PRO combines all the best emulators for different game consoles in a single interface, including Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Sega, PlayStation (1, 2, 3, PSP), Xbox, Nintendo (DS, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, Switch, NES, SNES, 64). For some platforms, there will be several emulators for each console. The emulators include Project64, Dolphin, Cemu, yuzu, Kega Fusion, PCSX2, PPSSPP, RPCS3, iDeaS, NO$GBA, DeSmuME, VisualBoyAdvance, Citra, etc.

All emulators are compiled in a pack with assisted installation and allow you to access to each one of them easily through its user interface, as well as to each one of the individual configuration menus of each emulator. Besides, it also includes some additional features to further improve your gaming experience, e.g.: further improve the quality of graphics in games, and customize gamepads. Even better, the program’s installer also includes all the system components (such as Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages, DirectX 9.0c, OpenAL) required to run the best emulation of games.
